Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds are handled. This policy applies to all website plans, hosting services, support services, and subscription-based features. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms described here.
1. Overview
Our services operate on a subscription model. Each subscription includes both the initial setup and ongoing support, hosting, and maintenance. Because work begins immediately and value is delivered throughout the subscription period, refunds are limited as explained below.
2. Minimum Subscription Term
All website subscription plans require a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months (“Initial Term”). This covers the cost of planning, design, configuration, hosting, and support that starts from day one.
If you choose to cancel before the end of the Initial Term, the remaining balance for the full twelve months will be due immediately. This ensures that development and setup costs are covered fairly.
3. Canceling After 12 Months
After completing the Initial Term, your subscription will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time after the 12-month commitment by providing written notice (email is acceptable).
Once cancellation is processed, your subscription will end at the close of the current paid billing cycle. Future payments will stop unless you choose to renew service again.
4. Refund Policy
All payments made are final. Refunds are generally not offered for subscription fees, setup work, support time, or third-party tools purchased for your website. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Initial design and development work
- Plugin and theme installation or setup
- Hosting, security, and maintenance services
- Technical support time already used or reserved
- Any third-party software or licenses
Because our work is done throughout your subscription period and costs are ongoing, refund requests after service has begun will not be approved except where required by law.
5. Missed Payments & Suspension
If your payment fails, we will contact you by email or phone so you can update your payment information. If payment is not resolved within five (5) days, we may temporarily pause your website or services.
If the account remains unpaid, service may be terminated and unpaid balances may be sent to a collection service or handled through legal recovery efforts. We always attempt contact and a fair resolution before taking further steps.
6. Website Ownership & Account Access After Cancellation
You retain ownership of your own content, such as text, images, and logos. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, code, hosting system, and plugin technology.
After your Initial Term is fully paid, you may request a content export to a new hosting provider. Website migration support or setup on a new server is a separate service and may involve additional fees.
Moving a website may affect SEO and site performance. Your new provider will be responsible for managing redirects, SEO setup, hosting, and security once your account is closed.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates this policy. If a charge dispute is filed, we will provide documents showing work completed, agreements signed, and payment terms.
We may suspend services during a dispute. If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, you remain responsible for any outstanding balance and reasonable recovery costs.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy when needed. The “Effective Date” above shows when this version became active. Continued use of our services means you agree to any updated terms.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
