Website Subscription & Support Policy

This Website Subscription & Support Policy describes what is included with your plan, how support works, and important rules for service. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. By subscribing, you agree to this Policy.

1. Scope of Subscription

Your subscription may include website design and setup, theme and plugin configuration, hosting, performance tuning, security tools, backups, and ongoing support. The specific features depend on the plan you choose. Our services are intended to keep your site running, updated, and secure over time.

2. Minimum Term

All website subscriptions require a twelve (12) month minimum term. After the Initial Term, your plan continues month-to-month unless canceled in writing. Early cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance for the Initial Term.

3. Support Hours and Response

Standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Arizona time). We aim to acknowledge requests the same business day. Critical outages are prioritized. Requests sent after hours are handled the next business day.

4. Included Support

Support generally includes platform updates, plugin and theme updates, basic security monitoring, restoring from backups, small content changes (text and images), minor layout fixes, and guidance on using your site. Plans include monthly support time (for example, Starter includes 1 hour; higher plans include 2 hours). Unused time does not roll over month-to-month.

5. Excluded Services

Support does not include full redesigns, large new sections or complex features, paid advertising or SEO campaigns, extensive copywriting, photography or video production, email marketing setup, or third-party account management unless separately agreed and billed. Custom development and major feature additions are quoted as separate projects.

6. Hosting, Backups, and Security

We use reputable hosting and security tools. While we take reasonable measures to protect your site, no system is completely secure or guaranteed to be always online. We are not liable for issues caused by third parties, data centers, or internet carriers. If an incident occurs, we will act in good faith to resolve it quickly.

7. Website Transfer and SEO

After completing the Initial Term and paying all amounts due, you may take your content to a new provider. Moving a site can affect search engine rankings and performance. Your new provider should manage redirects and SEO settings to reduce impact.

8. Billing and Non-Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly to the card on file. If a payment fails, we will contact you by email or phone. We may pause services, disable updates, or suspend hosting for non-payment. If a balance remains unpaid, we may pursue collection, including legal action, to recover amounts owed.

9. Acceptable Use and Compliance

You agree to follow applicable laws and not use the site for harmful or illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate service if we reasonably believe your site threatens security, violates rights, or breaks the law.

10. Changes to Services

We may adjust features, tools, or vendors as technology changes, so long as your core subscription value remains substantially similar. If a major change is required, we will provide reasonable notice.

11. Limitations of Liability

We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid during the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Venue

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute must be brought in Maricopa County, Arizona.
